Manasinakkare – movie review

The Introduction of  ‘Chemmeen’ fame  actress Sheela  after 17 years ,as a middle aged Christian Woman “Kochuthresia” is well acclaimed by the Malayalam movie goers .The ‘Karuthamma’ in ‘Chemmeen ‘has grown up to’ Kochuthresia’ after such a long period.The Sathyan Anthikaad Film is a full time family entertainer, no doubt. The role of Jayaram as the hero is not so predominant comparing ‘Kochuthresia’
The film is a crystal clear picture or mirror image of the  Christian Family episodes.
The relation between the father and the son is quite typical. Another glimpse which will be in the mind of every spectacular even after leaving the theater is the scene in which Jayaram and Sheela drinks Toddy  together and their happy moments  on the back of elephant.
 

The newly introduced heroine Nayana has done her role safely which can pave way for a set of another films in the future. Her expressions are very natural and no one get the feeling that she is acting.
 

Manasinakkare illustrates the strange mixing of love, family bindings, etc in  any  ancient Christian family set up.
