Cards starts the new season with a big blast

Hoy Hoy, my favourite baseball team, Cardinals started the 2006 season with a BIG blast. An exciting win over Phillies (13-5) on  opening Day. Seriously, there are so much to comment on thrilling victory…

Rolen’s grand slam, eight-run fourth inning, two homers and 4 RBI’s by Albert Pujols, 4 hits by Aaron Miles on his debut, starting a season with a roaring offence which pulled 13 runs, and last but not least a huge win Mr Carpenter too.

Well, its been almost 11 months but Rolen celebrated the return to Cards with grand slam. It is so amazing that Cards have won five of their past six openers and 2 years in a row.
